Environmental Policy

Our policy is to fully comply with both the limits set by our Environmental Management Systems and all statutory requirements, to reduce the environmental impact of our activities, products and services and to continually strive to improve environmental performance. We aim to:-

• Comply with all legislation, codes and other requirements relevant to our activities, products and services.

• Prevent pollution

• Minimise the use of raw materials

• Reduce energy consumption

• Minimise our waste by re-cycling where possible

• Meet our set targets and objectives in a programme of continuous improvement.

To achieve this, we have implemented an environmental management system to the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.

We will ensure that all personnel involved in its operations have appropriate training, so that each individual concerned understands the environmental aspects and impacts of his/her responsibilities and complies with the operational procedures laid down, to minimise the environmental impact of their activities, prevent pollution and ensure legal compliance.

It is the responsibility of our employees to support and apply those sections of the company environmental policy and procedures pertaining to their activities within the company.

This policy is consistent with general corporate policy.
